RCP London Events has reported a strong rise in bookings and delegate numbers for its Wolfson Theatre, less than a year after unveiling the refurbished space.
Between 1 September 2024 and 31 July 2025 (the venue closes every August for maintenance work and refurbishments), the Wolfson Theatre welcomed 15,685 delegates.
This represents a 27% increase in bookings and a 23% increase in delegate numbers compared with the same period in 2023/24, when the space hosted 12,756 attendees.
The Wolfson Theatre, the venue’s largest tiered auditorium, reopened in 2024 following a significant refurbishment.
The project placed sustainability and inclusivity at its core, with eco-conscious materials such as Econyl yarn carpets made from reclaimed fishing nets, UK-manufactured seating and sustainably sourced wood panelling with acoustic properties.
In addition to its environmental credentials, the redesign focused on neurodiversity and accessibility, incorporating muted colour schemes, natural textures, assisted listening technology, live captioning and a motorised accessible platform lift to create a calming and inclusive environment for all delegates.
