Central Hall Westminster has reported its best-ever trading year, with revenue surpassing pre-Covid levels by 8% (marking a new high for the venue).
The venue hosted more than 1,000 events over the past year, with a 42% client retention rate and a 10.7% rise in revenue year on year. This was reportedly driven in part by a move towards full venue takeovers and multi-day bookings, and also by a growing interest from international clients. Notable events held at the venue over the past year are the global premiere of Netflix’s Wednesday season 2, ECCN 2025 and UNGA at 80.
Ben Jeffery-Milheirão, interim head of sales & marketing at Central Hall Westminster, said: “It’s been a fantastic year for us with a range of incredible events held here at our venue. We’re so proud to be able to report record revenue figures.”
New investment follows the Susanna Wesley launch
The growth follows the opening of CHW’s Susanna Wesley event space in September 2025, with a further phase of development planned for Q4 2026 covering digital infrastructure, connectivity, cybersecurity and event technology.
