Heaps + Stacks has promoted Esmé Callaghan to creative director, reflecting the agency’s ongoing commitment to creativity and its expanding brand universe offering.
Callaghan steps into the role having established herself as a driving creative force at the agency, consistently elevating its output and shaping narratives that turn complex briefs into standout, industry recognised work.
In her new role, Callaghan will lead some of the agency’s highest-profile work, defining and safeguarding its creative vision.
She will personally drive and deliver its biggest pitches, act as a creative mentor to the wider team, and push the agency’s work into new creative formats, with a particular focus on story telling and spatial design.
