Evolve Events has announced a significant expansion of its partnership with The Magicians Table, as the immersive show relocates to The Vaults beneath Leake Street Arches in Waterloo from 3 June 2026.
The move brings a bold new home for the show and a broader platform of new corporate event formats designed by Evolve in direct response to shifting demand across the MICE industry.
What began as a collaboration centred on a Christmas show has evolved into a year-round event platform.
The Vaults, a network of raw vaulted brick arches layered with street art beneath Waterloo station is expansive enough for large-scale productions while remaining intimate enough for close-up magic to land with full force.
The 2026 programme retains the signature Magicians Table evening experience: a narrative-led two-hour journey inspired by legendary showman Dieter Roterburg, combining cocktails and roaming magic with cabaret-style dining, table-side performances, a dramatic finale and late-night DJ-led afterparties now running until 2am.

The cast has been expanded to include additional Magic Circle members and international award winners, with extended routines delivering 20% more magic across the evening.
Beyond the flagship show, Evolve has developed four distinct formats in response to what corporate buyers are increasingly asking for:
- Private buyouts for exclusive corporate evenings and celebrations
- Shared party nights across the Christmas season and beyond
- Bespoke venue hire for launches, brand activations and corporate gatherings, retaining the atmosphere of The Magicians Table through its layered vintage styling and immersive design
- Daytime delegate packages for conferences, meetings and away days, launching from June
Central to Evolve’s expansion is the launch of The Psychology of Magic, a new series of magician-led conference experiences developed specifically for the MICE market.
Designed for leadership events, away days and incentives, the sessions use close-up illusion, mentalism and live participation to explore how people make decisions, communicate and influence outcomes, repositioning magic as a practical communication tool rather than entertainment.
Formats range from keynote moments to breakout sessions and can be tailored around specific business objectives and conference themes.

The development reflects a clear shift in how corporate buyers are approaching events. Demand is growing for experiences that create genuine interaction and shared moments rather than passive observation, and for formats that can be justified as content rather than simply hospitality.
Gary Peters, director of Evolve Events said: “The move to The Vaults opens up an entirely new creative chapter for us. It allows us to scale the experience while expanding into formats that blur the line between entertainment, psychology and learning. More than ever, businesses are looking for experiences that bring people together in a genuine way and create lasting emotional connection. That is exactly what this is designed to do.”
The Magicians Table at The Vaults is available to book now for groups of 50 to 350. The venue opens 3 June 2026.
