Brands at Work bolsters global team with strategic UK and US hires

Global creative communications and events agency, Brands at Work, has announced two key hires in its UK and US teams.

Kerry Whewell, is joining the London team as account director. Whewell has 17 years of experience across pharmaceutical and life sciences communications. She has led major global programmes for some of the world’s largest healthcare organisations.

At Brands at Work, she’ll build on the agency’s strong roots in the healthcare sector, leading key pharma and biotech client partnerships and driving the next phase of growth.

Rachel MacKillop is joining the New York office as senior project manager, strengthening the agency’s expanding North American footprint. MacKillop has extensive experience in global event delivery and client service and will help shape high-impact experiences that build connection and deliver measureable value for the agency’s growing roster of multinational brands.

The appointments follow a year of significant international growth and industry recognition for Brands at work, including Creative Team of the Year and Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year at the 2025 Conference News Agency Awards.
