Visual Architects is recruiting three senior directors as it prepares to split into three specialist businesses in 2027. The company will demerge into event design, interior design and fabrication divisions, all operating under one group framework.
The announcement follows the company’s recovery from a 2023 warehouse fire that destroyed fabrication areas, technical equipment, stock and structures. Within days, the team established temporary production spaces and reorganised operations to meet client commitments.
Over the following months, Visual Architects invested in new CNC machinery, upgraded fabrication technology, refined internal processes and expanded its design department. The company has since won seven industry awards.
The planned group structure will allow each business to focus on its core discipline while benefiting from shared leadership, strategy and commercial development.
Lefteris Angelidis, chief executive and creative director, said: “The next chapter of Visual Architects begins now, and 2026 will be the year we build the foundations for a major evolution of our company.
“This transformation won’t happen overnight, it’s a carefully planned, long-term move designed to strengthen our structure and unlock new levels of scale and resilience. After everything we’ve overcome, including the warehouse fire that could have taken us off course, we’re more determined than ever.
“This is our opportunity to take everything we’ve built the creativity, the chaos, the resilience, the innovation and channel it into a clear, powerful future.”
Visual Architects is recruiting three directors to drive the transition:
- Sales & marketing director: A leader who can elevate the brand, strengthen client relationships and drive growth across all three divisions
- Production director (fabrication): A director with experience in fabrication, manufacturing processes and delivering builds at scale
- Operations director (events & installations): An operational director who can oversee event logistics, installations and event delivery
