As Legends Global accelerates its multi-venue strategy into 2026, the business has confirmed 2025 was a record year for conference and events activity across its UK portfolio, welcoming more than 1.2 million delegates and attendees.
With major venues in London, Manchester, Leeds, Aberdeen, Sheffield, Newcastle, Hull, York, Derby, across Europe and beyond, Legends Global offers organisers access to a diverse range of large-scale arenas and stadia, conference centres, exhibition spaces, civic venues and cultural event spaces.
The portfolio allows clients to select the right venue for each event, while also creating opportunities to rotate conferences and meetings around the UK through a single venue partner.
This approach is already supporting major associations, including the British Orthopaedic Association, which has confirmed events with Legends Global at Olympia, London in 2026 and P&J Live, Aberdeen in 2028.
The agreement demonstrates the growing appetite among organisers for multi-venue partnerships that provide national reach, local destination knowledge and consistent central support.
Charlie Silva, head of events at the British Orthopaedic Association, said: “For an association such as the BOA, having a venue partner that can support our events across multiple destinations is incredibly valuable. By confirming events with Legends Global at Olympia, London and P&J Live, Aberdeen, we gain access to two distinct venues while benefiting from a consistent relationship and a single point of contact across our event portfolio. That continuity helps streamline planning, supports collaboration and provides confidence as we continue to develop and deliver high-quality experiences for our members, partners and delegates.”
A selection of key events hosted across the Legends portfolio across the last year include:
- London Tech Week, which attracted more than 30,000 attendees to Olympia, where it has signed a 3-year deal.
- UK Stroke Annual Conference, held at P&J Live and shortlisted for three awards for its legacy and impact programme.
- Hillsong UK, which welcomed 6,000 attendees to OVO Wembley and is confirmed again for 2026 and 2027
- Beyond Van Gogh, which opened at P&J Live in Aberdeen and is booked to return to Utilita Arena Newcastle in 2026
Andy O’Sullivan, CEO of Olympia Events (part of Legends Global) said: “The strength of Legends Global is not just the scale of our portfolio, it is the way we connect that portfolio for clients. Our central resource gives organisers a single route into venues across the UK, helping them identify the right destination, build rotation strategies and benefit from shared knowledge across the group. The 2025 attendance figures demonstrate the momentum behind our C&E business and the confidence clients have in our venues, our people and our ability to deliver at scale.”
The company’s 2025 performance also reflects a growing demand for venues that can combine capacity, flexibility, destination appeal and operational expertise.
Across the UK, Legends Global venues support a wide range of conferences, exhibitions, awards, meetings, banquets, live events and association congresses, giving organisers the ability to match event objectives with spaces that meet their audience, content, commercial and legacy goals.
