The Belfry Hotel & Resort, in West Midlands, will host the miaList Awards on 6 November 2025 in its brand-new events space, The Masters Suite, which is set to open its doors on 1 September 2025.
Additionally, three members of The Belfry team, Deborah Collins, Dean Cole and Scarlett Barker-Niland have been shortlisted across multiple categories.
Collins is nominated for the Individual Award, Cole is shortlisted for Innovative Chef of the Year and Barker-Niland has been shortlisted for Rising Star.
Katie Niland, commercial director at The Belfry and a long-time supporter of mia, returns as a judge for this year’s awards.

The opening of The Masters Suite marks the culmination of a more than £80m development project at The Belfry which has seen the resort almost double in size. Alongside its striking new events venue and impressive additional 149 bedrooms, this has included the building of a spectacular new leisure club, complete with a cutting-edge gym, dedicated reformer pilates studio and large pool.
