Premier Woodshop, part of the Premier brand, has seen significant growth over the past year, driven by increased demand for bespoke exhibition stand design and continued expansion of its off-the-shelf product range.
Premier Woodshop’s off-the-shelf store has seen orders increase by 110% and revenue rise by 90% so far in 2026 (January to July) compared to the same period last year.
Turnover has also grown 63% in the first half of 2026 compared to the first half of 2025.
To meet the demand, the Woodshop team has doubled in size, growing from six to 12 team members over the past year.
This included Calum Fitzpatrick joining last year as woodshop manager and Joe Hall moving internally to become the Woodshop’s first account manager.
Over the course of 2026, Premier Woodshop has seen a marked increase in bespoke stand design enquiries, with clients increasingly looking for ways to make their exhibition presence stand out.
One project that stood out for its design and technical ambition was a bespoke activation for Original Source at HYROX London Olympia’s inaugural Week of Fitness, where the Woodshop team built a custom Linux-based controller to run an ‘Icy Cool Shower’ experience – a compressor-driven mist and cold-air blast synced to a photo booth.
Another standout performer has been its Podium Blocks range, which is available in square and rectangular formats.
Ben McCarthy, founder of the Premier brand which encompasses Premier Events, Premier Studios, Premier Connects, Premier Live and Premier Woodshop, said: “Of everything we’ve launched, the Woodshop has grown the fastest, and by some distance. What’s been brilliant to see is the calibre of brands coming to us for it. I can’t wait to see where Woodshop is this time next year”
Jon Minns, technical director, added: “It’s been fantastic to see the brand go from strength to strength. Having carpenters, designers and AV/tech people all in-house means we can build activations that genuinely stand out. The stats show it’s clearly working, and as companies look for more bespoke designs, we can really put our creative talent to work.”
