Goho and The Quaives launch corporate team retreats in Kent

London events agency Goho has partnered with Canterbury venue The Quaives to offer corporate team retreats on the venue’s 19-acre estate, around 70 minutes from London.

The Quaives is a family-run property that was once the country home of Fleetwood Mac’s Christine McVie.

Retreats can run as a single-day reset or as a one or two-night stay, with itineraries built around a company’s goals, from leadership sessions to celebrating a big win. Activities include creative workshops, sound baths, outdoor games and campfire storytelling. Accommodation covers 22 beds across 10 bedrooms, with space for up to 40 bell tents. The grounds also have a yoga studio, a wood-fired hot tub, a treatment room and a tennis court.

At the centre of the partnership is Unplugged by Goho, a retreat format designed to get teams away from screens and meeting rooms. It builds on Goho’s annual GoChella offsite, which has been held at the estate and was where the format was first tried out. Each retreat works with local Kent suppliers and charities, including Kent Search and Rescue Dogs.

Stacey-Rebekka Karlsson, MD and founder of Goho, said: “I’m so proud to be able to work with The Quaives team to make their beautiful venue accessible to the wider corporate community. There is something that hits different when you engage with your team in a different environment. When they unplug from the day to day hustle and bustle, they slow down and reconnect with themselves and one another. This is where the real magic happens and where organisations see real growth and impact.”

Daniel Rodea-Ryan, owner of The Quaives, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Goho to expand our corporate event offering. It’s such a magical place, and we are excited for more teams and businesses to experience our beautiful home.”

As a launch offer, Goho is giving agencies and venue finders a 20% commission on all bookings made before 30 November 2026.
