Global experiential agency Nteractive has announced the appointment of Kyle Zegan as senior manager of business development, supporting continued year-on-year growth across the UK, US, and APAC.

As the agency approaches 200 employees globally, this hire reflects rising demand for experience-led engagement and a continued focus on client centricity, global consistency, and scalable delivery.

Based out of Florida, USA, Zegan brings a strong track record in enterprise sales and revenue growth across SaaS, digital media, and communications technology, with roles at INXPO, West Corporation (Notified), Questex, Tenzing One, and Stova. He has consistently built high-performing teams, strengthened client partnerships, and helped organisations navigate evolving market demands.

His expertise spans enterprise relationship management, strategic client development, partner evolution, and cross-functional collaboration. This is supported by Zegan’s deep knowledge of digital events and mission-critical communications for public relations, investor relations, and experiential marketing teams.

In his role at Nteractive, Zegan will focus on expanding the prospective client base, building senior-level relationships, and driving insight-led engagement. He will also represent the agency across key industry moments and interactions, helping translate prospective client needs into impactful, experience-driven solutions.

Zegan said: “The best business relationships start long before the event and last long after it ends.”

This appointment marks another step in Nteractive’s growth, strengthening its ability to meet global demand while delivering measurable outcomes for clients, including New Balance, nCino, HPE, and Microsoft.

Kate Carcelen, SVP of growth and marketing, said, “We’re super excited to have someone of Kyle’s calibre joining our Nteractive team. We are a business that values and celebrates relationships, and Kyle is the embodiment of what we represent as a company.”
