This week, experiential event specialists Nteractive are bringing nCino’s annual industry event, nSight, to life at the Charlotte Convention Center, marking their third consecutive year of partnership
Connecting over 1,600 financial leaders from 12 countries, nSight is designed to drive growth, educate users through knowledge sharing, and highlight the nCino ecosystem.
The conference brings together decision-makers and innovators from more than 300 financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage banks, to actively shape the future of banking.
In Nteractive’s first year delivering nSight, the agency managed the Community Lounge, all spatial designs, creative elements, food and beverage, logistics, and sponsorship experiences.
By the second year, Nteractive’s role expanded to support all aspects of the event, building deep trust year over year. This full-scale end-to-end production included the general session, breakout production, a high-energy afterparty at the Mint Museum, sponsorship sales, and comprehensive vendor management.
For this year’s conference, Nteractive is providing strategic advisory to officially transform the user conference into a leading industry-wide event.
Attendees at nSight 2026 will experience a immersive and visually dynamic environment designed to foster connection and innovation. The expansive Community Lounge serves as the event’s central hub, featuring vibrant networking lounges, a neon-lit café, and unique inflatable “Product Pods” for interactive sessions.
The high-tech General Session area provides a state-of-the-art backdrop for industry keynotes. To elevate the energy, the conference also weaves exciting entertainment throughout the space, including roaming LED stilt walkers, life-size games, and a 15-person LED drumline.
Marisa Roberge, nCino’s director, conferences and events said: “As we transition nSight from a traditional user conference into a true industry-led event, partnering with Nteractive has been instrumental.”
She added “The combination of our internal team’s deep institutional knowledge of the financial services industry and Nteractive’s expertise and awareness of the broader event landscape is what allows us to maximize our output and operate as one unified, high-performing team. In a world facing digital fatigue, bringing people together for meaningful, face-to-face connections is essential.”
By blending data-driven strategy with creative storytelling, Nteractive has driven significant commercial growth for the conference.
Ian Cummings, CEO of Nteractive said: “By partnering with nCino across the full end-to-end production, we’ve been able to drive significant growth in the partner ecosystem, achieving a 32% year-over-year increase in sponsorship revenue.”
He added: “Equally important is our commitment to a long-term legacy through our ‘Better Choices’ sustainability framework. By engineering reusable event architecture guaranteed for a three-year lifecycle, we are dramatically reducing the event’s carbon footprint while delivering a high-velocity, immersive experience.”
Nteractive and nCino’s shared commitment to the environment is central to the event’s planning and execution. Knowing that attendee travel accounts for a significant share of event-related emissions, the production team made reducing the conference’s on-site environmental impact a core priority from the start.
By tracking every detail, the partnership between nCino and Nteractive is setting a transparent, data-driven standard for reducing waste and pioneering the future of sustainable event production.
Key highlights from the sustainability initiatives of the 2025 event include:
- Eco-Conscious Construction: A remarkable 39% of all build items were rented or made from reclaimed materials. Furthermore, nCino’s custom exhibition stand was specifically engineered to be reused over the next three years, cementing a major best practice in sustainable architecture.
- Community Impact: The event ensured that catering did not go to waste, successfully donating an estimated 473 meals to local charities.
