Identity launches Identity Health

Brand experience agency, Identity, has today launched Identity Health, a dedicated healthcare experience practice built on IdentityCoda’s specialist expertise in meetings and events, now expanding into congress and expo, healthcare content, and healthcare strategy and consulting.

Identity Health delivers across Europe, the US, GCC and APAC. Jo Hull, Director of Identity Health, has spent her career inside healthcare experience, and says the timing isn’t an accident.

She says: “Healthcare is where the energy is right now. New therapies reaching patients faster than anyone predicted, diagnostics that used to take weeks now taking minutes. That’s not a reason to treat this work as an afterthought. It’s a reason to give it the same rigour, and the same heart, that goes into the science itself.”

Hull adds that energy doesn’t stop at the lab door: “We’re living through a Golden Age of Science. Discovery compounding on discovery. And it’s arriving at exactly the same moment as a Golden Age of Experience, where brands, events and storytelling have never been more sophisticated. Put those two things next to each other and you get something rare: science that moves fast enough to matter, paired with the craft to make people actually feel it, not just read about it in a journal nobody outside the field will open. That’s the opportunity in front of Identity Health.”

Michael Gietzen, Group CEO of Identity, says the launch is a statement about where value gets created now.

He says: “We’re in a Golden Age of Experience. That’s not a supporting act to the science, it’s the thing that decides whether the science lands at all. Our job is to take that paper and bring it to life, make it felt in a room, a conversation, a decision someone makes because they finally understood it. Identity Health exists because experience is how healthcare actually reaches people, and we believe in that enough to build a practice around it.”

Identity Health’s practice spans four capabilities, each building on IdentityCoda’s foundation in meetings and events.

Meetings and events, delivered through IdentityCoda, covers the advisory boards, leadership meetings, product launches and symposia meetings, instead of roundtable and stakeholder meetings that move healthcare conversations forward one room at a time.

Congress and expos cover the larger stage: the exhibitions and congresses that bring the healthcare world together, built by a team that knows the ABPI Code as well as it knows a stand build.

Healthcare content covers the storytelling that turns clinical breakthroughs into something a patient, a clinician or a workplace can actually act on.

Healthcare strategy and consulting covers the thinking behind all of it: the positioning, planning and evidence that make sure every meeting, congress and piece of content is solving the right problem before it’s built.

Hull says the practice is built on one spectrum, not run as separate pillars: “A pharma launch and a wellness campaign are talking to the same person. Both are trying to earn the same trust. Wellness isn’t the lifestyle category sitting next to healthcare. It’s healthcare, working quietly, long before anyone notices it’s there. We wanted a practice built to speak to all of it, not just the diagnosis.”

Identity Health launches with a full slate of client work already underway across pharma, biotech, wellness brands and health employers, and will be onboarding new specialist talent across the practice over the coming months.
