Sleek has appointed Josie Klafkowska as managing director, with founder Jennifer Davidson stepping aside from the day-to-day leadership role.
Davidson founded the London based experience agency in 2013. The company has grown into a global operation producing large-scale events and experiences.
“Josie and I go way back to my very first freelance role, and I’ve always admired the way she operates,” said Davidson. “She brings commercial strength, operational rigour and proven leadership exactly what Sleek needs for its next chapter. I couldn’t be more confident in her leading the day-to-day running of Sleek.”
Davidson said the appointment positions the company for long-term growth amid wider industry consolidation.
Davidson will remain with the company, focusing on strategic direction, client partnerships and company culture.
