The events industry moves fast. New technology promises to solve old problems, but knowing what’s worth your attention and what’s noise is another matter entirely.
That’s exactly why we launched the Call for Innovation ahead of the International Confex Global Event Tech Summit 2026. We wanted to find the early-stage event technology companies solving real problems in genuinely new ways and give them a platform in front of the people who matter most.
From a competitive field of applicants, two companies stood out. Meet Grow This Even and ExpoBooth.ai.
Grow This Event: Turning visitor intent Into exhibitor revenue
The challenge every exhibition organiser knows; visitors come, they walk the floor, and exhibitors have no idea who the right buyers are until it’s too late. Grow This Event is building the solution.
Grow This Event helps event organisers use AI to hyper-personalise visitor journeys. Its flagship product, Ezna, is an AI event concierge that identifies high-intent buyers and connects them with the right exhibitors at scale, both on the day and year-round. The result is a better experience for visitors, a stronger pipeline for exhibitors and a new revenue stream for organisers.
It is a proposition that sits squarely at the intersection of two of the biggest conversations in the events industry right now: personalisation and commercial impact.
“We’re delighted to be part of the Global Event Tech Summit Innovation Showcase. Ezna, the AI event concierge, is built around one simple idea: hyper-personalisation for visitors can create better commercial outcomes for organisers and exhibitors. Our recent partnerships with leading event organisers show that’s true.”
ExpoBooth.ai: Exhibition design in seconds
Anyone who has worked in exhibition design knows the early stages. The brief comes in, the clock starts, and the pressure to produce something compelling quickly is real. ExpoBooth.ai is changing that.
ExpoBooth.ai is an AI-powered exhibition design tool that turns creative briefs, moodboards and brand guidelines into pitch-ready booth concept renders, cinematic 3D motion videos and immersive walkthroughs in seconds. It is purpose-built for real exhibition design workflows and refined by human experts, helping agencies and stand builders cut early-stage design time and cost without compromising on brand accuracy or creative quality.
For a young company at the start of its journey, the chance to showcase at the summit is a significant moment.
“Having the opportunity to sponsor and participate in the Global Event Tech Summit is hugely beneficial for a young company like ours, in these early stages of our journey as we try to launch an exciting new tech service in the events industry. Being able to showcase our service to a room of senior level industry leaders is an incredible opportunity, and we can’t wait to be there on 9 July.”
