George P. Johnson (GPJ) has announced the strategic promotions of Robin Kleban to account management practice lead and Matt McGinn to integrated production practice lead.
In their expanded roles, Kleban and McGinn will spearhead client success strategy and streamline global delivery across GPJ’s North American clients.
McGinn brings decades of experience in executing large, complex conferences to his new role.
In this capacity, he will helm the national integrated production practice, ensuring that experiential marketing functions as a deeply integrated discipline.
GPJ’s integrated production model ensures zero translation loss, preventing creative visions from breaking down under budget constraints or technical limitations, and guaranteeing that high-scale, high-stakes brand activations land flawlessly.
McGinn said: “Our approach to experiential marketing goes far beyond standard event logistics; it’s about true integrated production. I look forward to leading our practice to ensure that our clients’ creative visions are executed flawlessly at scale.”
Robin Kleban assumes the role of account management practice lead, taking on a critical dual responsibility to establish consistency, share best practices, and identify key areas of expertise for business development.
Crucially, her role will provide tremendous global value by standardizing consistent delivery and ways of working across borders, ensuring that GPJ operates as a trusted, strategic advisor to its clients worldwide.
Kleban said: “Our Account Management Practice is not only where the client relationships sit, but also where the strategic business understanding starts. It’s what allows us to be ‘rooted in strategy’ and be our clients’ champions—anticipating their needs and driving our teams accordingly.”
By hyper-connecting account management and integrated production, both leaders will ensure that GPJ’s experiential design capabilities seamlessly translate from initial vision to final execution, delivering consistent, high-impact brand experiences with unmatched global efficiency.
Fiona Bruder, GPJ CEO said: “We are investing deeply in these practice areas because they are critical for our flawless delivery and essential to being strong, strategic consultants for our clients. By placing Robin and Matt in these leadership roles, we are taking best practices and applying them globally to ensure brand consistency for our clients. This setup ensures we have the leadership in place not only to deliver on our massive scale today, but to stay ahead of the curve as experiential marketing becomes increasingly multifaceted and dynamic.”
