Supplier of passenger transport services, First Travel Solutions (FTS) has announced the appointment of Hannah Cattermer as business development manager.
Cattermer joins from the First Bus Business Development Team, bringing extensive experience in bids and proposals across sectors, including NHS healthcare, transport, and managed services.
With strong expertise in public sector procurement, client relationship management, and end-to-end bid processes, Cattermer is set to play a key role in supporting FTS’s ambitious growth plans.
Her appointment completes the restructuring of FTS’s Business Development Team, a move designed to strengthen client relationships, create bespoke transport solutions, and drive new growth opportunities.

Paul Upton, business development manager, formerly sales manager, Upton brings a proven track record in creating bespoke transport products and scaling innovative solutions for major clients, including Team GB, West Ham United and LNER.
Nic Ryder, head of business development, appointed earlier this year, Ryder brings senior commercial partnership and growth experience from roles at Avanti West Coast, Virgin Trains, and Day Out With The Kids.
