EVENTIT will bring its EXPERIENCEit learning forum to Bristol for the first time on 7-8 July 2026, extending the event’s reach into the South West after previous editions in Edinburgh and Manchester.
The two-day programme is aimed at MICE professionals and will take place at The Watershed and Pizza on the Park, combining professional development sessions with networking opportunities.
The first day will centre on a behavioural profiling workshop developed by Event Academy, which describes itself as the UK’s only CIM-accredited events training provider. The session uses C-Me profiling, a colour coded behavioural assessment tool, to help delegates understand different communication and working styles across clients, suppliers, venues, agencies and internal teams.
Attendees will complete a behavioural profile before the event and receive a personalised report to take away. According to organisers, the workshop has previously only been available to Event Academy students and has been adapted specifically for event industry professionals.
Claire Derrick, founder of the Event Academy, said: “The events industry demands an extraordinary range of skills. You’re managing clients, suppliers, venues and colleagues all at once, often under real pressure, and every single one of them communicates differently.”
The evening programme includes a dinner at Harbour Hotel featuring an interactive “deception dinner” format, where participants take part in an imposter-spotting game alongside networking activities.
