Event Footprints has launched its EF Data Hub platform, designed for corporate marketers, event owners and agencies with best-in-class or fragmented event tech stacks.
Built on the Snowflake cloud data warehousing platform, the solution transforms multi-source data into clear, actionable insights to support event operations, ensuring data flow between platforms and allowing marketing teams to measure impact.
Two services powered by the EF Data Hub at launch are the company’s Integration Services and Event Stride, a dashboarding service that provides a single data view across multiple platforms.
The integration services connect all client event technologies, from registration and event apps to lead scanning, and martech and CRM systems as required, to extract data. This data is then centralised, cleaned and organised into the EF Data Hub, creating a single source of truth for all event metrics.
This year, while in beta, the platform has powered some of the world’s largest corporate events and has been used to transform, cleanse and integrate data from platforms including Cvent, Rainfocus, Bizzabo and Swoogo.
The Event Stride methodology and visualisations, built using Tableau, provide front-end dashboards that make the unified data in the hub immediately understandable across the event lifecycle. It enables event professionals to view, analyse and present a complete picture of their event, demonstrating ROE and ROI to stakeholders or clients in real-time, with dynamic filters custom to their business.
Rob Curtis, founder of Event Footprints, said: “Corporate event teams and agencies often struggle to get a complete picture of their events because their data is siloed. Our Integration Services do the heavy lifting to connect to every platform, and our EF Data Hub creates that single source of truth. Our goal is to give planners clarity and confidence.”
