Creative events agency, The Chameleon Agency, has announced the launch of their first sustainability events of a series, People-Powered Planet: HR, Comms & the Future of Sustainable Events.
The inaugural event will take place on the 18 November 2025 in partnership with Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre, a verified net zero hotel, which will host delegates with complimentary lunch and hospitality.
The Chameleon Agency team was inspired to create the People-Powered Planet event series, as pressure mounts on businesses to innovate sustainably throughout their organisations.
Designed for HR, communications, and sustainability professionals, this event offers practical advice on how to integrate sustainability throughout organisational events, and will also outline how HR strategies and sustainability together can drive lasting impact across organisations.
People-Powered Planet will showcase practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and inspiring conversations about embedding planet-positive practices into culture, leadership, and legacy.
Speakers include:
- Joe Gilliver, creative director, The Chameleon Agency,
- Joao Dias, Radisson Hotel Group’s global senior manager for Net Zero,
- Chantal Kerr-Sheppard (founder Event Cycle)
- Jim Holland (founder and CEO Carma)
Joe Gilliver, creative director at The Chameleon Agency, said: “With People-Powered Planet, we wanted to show what’s possible when you bring HR, comms and sustainability leads into one room with a shared purpose. It’s not just about running a great session – it’s about sparking lasting change inside organisations and across communities. Hosting it at a Net Zero hotel makes that message even more powerful.”
Joao Dias, Radisson Hotel Group’s global senior manager for Net Zero, who is joining the speaker line-up, will share insights into the company’s ambitious sustainability journey and the wider hospitality sector’s role in addressing climate challenges.
He said: “We recognise the importance of working together across industries to accelerate change, and events like this are vital platforms for collaboration. I look forward to exchanging ideas on how we can build a more sustainable future together.”
