Widening accessibility with virtual networking events

By Paul Scholey, Senior VP International and GM, BlueJeans by Verizon

As restrictions ease over the summer, I’m certainly eager to get back into live events and networking. This past year, however, many events managers learned a valuable lesson: for some people virtual is the best - or only - option.

Crystal Interactive partners with Blendology

Crystal Interactive, audience engagement specialists for live-events, are delighted to announce its partnership with Blendology’s smart wearable badging solution, adding to its portfolio of in-person solutions.

Blendology’s smart wearable allows attendees to network with just a tap of a badge. The OneTap badges have powered over 450 events across 40 countries catering for nearly 100,000 people. The OneTap badges at a 400-person event can save nearly 80kg of plastic and business cards.

Taking Control of Your Events with EventsAIR

If you could look into a crystal ball and predict what an event of the future would look like, you would most likely have to include an online element, in-person or virtual speakers, ways to connect different audiences with sponsors and exhibitors, and keep all key stakeholders happy, plus ensure they are getting value from your event.
