StreamingSpaces announces online database of event studios

Oxfordshire-based StreamingSpaces has announced a new database of studios and venues for hosting hybrid and virtual events.

Aimed at supporting event organisers and producers who may be struggling with finding outlets for their clients’ needs during the pandemic and into the future, StreamingSpaces aims to provide "a user-friendly way of collating the hundreds of suppliers who have entered this market in 2020".

Robert Nisbet managing director of Event Production Services and founder of StreamingSpaces, said: “As the owner of a full-service technical production company hit by the massive downturn in 2020, and having pivoted to hybrid events, initially I really struggled to know how to access buyers for this kind of market. Having seen many other businesses launching their hybrid and virtual studios, I realised that a central database of these suppliers could be invaluable to the event organiser.”

The database will be open to physical sets, green screen and extended reality event spaces, and will be coupled to the StreamingSpaces Skillshop, an online resource of support articles, industry news and ‘How to’ videos.

Sign up for initial expressions of interest from buyers and suppliers are open now.
