Stagestruck UK enters liquidation

Live experience agency, Stagestruck UK, has entered liquidation, after 42 years.

Stagestruck’s managing director, said: “It is with deep sadness that I confirm Stagestruck Ltd ceased trading on Wednesday the 27th of May, bringing to a close 42 incredible years. We are now entering liquidation.”

“This is not a decision we ever wanted to make. In recent years, our work in the Middle East became an important part of our business. Following the recent US/Iran conflict, a major project due for delivery this month was first postponed and then, at very short notice, cancelled entirely for this year. The sudden loss of this work had an immediate and severe impact on the company. We explored every feasible option to continue trading, but the situation ultimately became untenable, leaving us with no alternative. I am truly heartbroken that we could not find a way through.

Finch added: “Stagestruck has always stood for excellence and for building long-term partnerships based on respect, regardless of who we worked with. Over four decades, it grew into far more than a company, it became a family. I want to pay tribute to the exceptional employees, freelancers, suppliers, and clients who have been part of that journey. Together, we created extraordinary experiences and lasting memories that we can all be proud of.”

“This is not how we ever imagined our story would end, and I am deeply sorry for the impact this has on everyone connected to Stagestruck. Thank you so much to all who have supported us over the years, it has meant more than I can express.”

The agency was founded in 1984 and specialised in blending live events, digital production, storytelling, and experiential marketing to create immersive brand experiences.
