Brand experience agency Sense has appointed Mary Brannan as client services director.

She will be taking over from Diana White, who is departing Sense later this year for a client side role after completing 10 years at the agency.

Brannan will focus on some key accounts including Molson Coors, Marriott International and DISARONNO UK.

From the London office, Brannan will also be across the development of new and emerging client accounts, ensuring best in class client servicing, as well as managing the complete client servicing team.

Across her career which spans more than 20 years, Brannan has helped some of the world’s most recognisable brands drive growth, engagement and commercial success.

Her experience includes leading strategic client partnerships for organisations such as Amazon, American Express, Philip Morris International, Nestle, AB InBev, Imperial Brands and The Walt Disney Company.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic approach, Brannan has held senior client services and account leadership roles across leading agencies, including Hugo & Cat, Kids Industries, Momentum Worldwide and Dentsu International. Most recently she was client director at MRM.

Sarah Priestman, managing partner at Sense said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mary to Sense. From our first conversations, it was clear she brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, efficient process and a genuine passion for building exceptional client relationships. Alongside her impressive experience, Mary has an infectious energy and warmth that makes people want to work with her – and for our team and clients alike, that’s every bit as important to us as what’s on her CV.”

She added: “As we continue to grow, we’re investing in people who not only bring expertise, but who embody the collaborative, ambitious and people-first culture we’ve worked hard to build. Mary is a brilliant fit for Sense, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll have on our clients, our team and the next chapter of the business.”

Commenting on her appointment, Brannan said: “Joining the Sense team is a fantastic opportunity to join not just a brilliant and vibrant team of talented people, but to work with an impressive range of global clients. I’m excited to bring fresh eyes, energy and ideas to a team that is already consistently producing fantastic work as we look to the future of Sense as a global player in brand experience.”
