In early 2025, event production agency, NPK Productions, reintroduced itself with a strategic rebrand designed to offer a clearer articulation of the studio’s design-led approach, its commitment to integrating technology meaningfully, and its ambition to create immersive experiences that deliver more impact without unnecessary complexity.
Over a year later, this rebrand has translated into real momentum. NPK has secured new portfolio clients, strengthened existing relationships, and built a pipeline of future opportunities aligned with its approach to immersive, design-led experiences.
Underpinning this rebrand was an evolution that was already underway for the NPK team. With projects becoming more ambitious and technically complex, NPK sought to create an outward brand identity which accurately reflected this, and enabled them to communicate the true scale of the projects they deliver.
At the heart of the rebrand sat a simple mantra that continues to guide the studio’s thinking: Dream big. Spend smart. Experience more.
Jules Brogan, co-founder of NPK said: “In many ways, the rebrand was about clarity and confidence. We’d grown as a studio, but our identity hadn’t quite caught up. The rebrand helped us articulate not just what we do, but how we do it; by combining creativity, production expertise and design capabilities to maximise impact for our clients.”
NPK returned to Crufts at the NEC for the second consecutive year, working once again with a portfolio client to deliver multiple activations across 2026. The team is also continuing its work with Greene King, marking a fifth consecutive year of partnership, while its relationship with Cow Events agency now spans over a decade of successful collaboration.
Charlotte Brown, head of marketing at Greene King, said: “NPK consistently supports us in bringing ideas to life in ways that go beyond the brief. Their attention to detail, creative thinking and production expertise make them an invaluable partner for us.”
Brogan added: “We’re especially proud of our longstanding client relationships. They are clear markers of trust, continuity and effective partnership across a wide range of clients that include both brands and agencies.”
Alongside creative growth, the past year has seen NPK expand its team, bringing in new skills and perspectives to support increasingly ambitious projects. The rebrand has provided a framework for that growth internally, giving the team a shared vision and language as the studio continues to scale.
Jules added: “Every day really is a school day. Growth brings challenges, and we’ve learned a lot about how to scale responsibly – protecting creative quality, using technology intelligently, and staying focused on value rather than excess. The rebrand didn’t change everything overnight, but it gave us the foundation to make better decisions.”
Since the rebrand, NPK has evolved operationally and creatively alongside its refined visual identity. This strategic rebrand has become a platform, enabling NPK to shape its approach to new opportunities, enhanced design and fabrication capabilities, and creation of experiences that resonate with event attendees.
Franck adds: “The rebrand was about setting a direction, and that direction feels clearer than ever and we’re grateful for what it’s provided for us.”
