Events agency, Noble Events, has gone into administration just one year after it was acquired by event management and venue sourcing agency, veSpace.
Noble Events is an award winning events agency, known for delivering automotive product launches for brands such as Aston Martin and Porsche. The agency also delivered media and PR events and incentive, reward and recognition events.
VeSpace acquired Noble Events out of administration in February 2025.
At the time veSpace said: “Their culture, ethos and team spirit absolutely echo our own brand values. Under the veSpace umbrella, Noble Events will have continuity of service for their clients and security for the talented team members.”
However, veSpace has now placed the company into administration, according to companies house, with Paul Ellison and Christoper Errington of KRE Corporate Recovery Ltd appointed.
Noble is now joining asembl. alongside four of her Noble Events colleagues.
