People experience agency, mcm creative group, in collaboration with PwC and the AI skill hub are hosting a morning event exploring how artificial artificial intelligence is being applied across the creative industries and what it means for the future of skills in the sector.

Taking place at PwC’s More London offices on 30 March 2026, the session will bring together leaders from marketing, communications, events and digital sectors to explore the practical impact of AI on creative work and workforce capability.

The event will feature insights from PwC’s latest AI Skills research, including findings from the AI Job Barometer and the AI Skills Hub Diagnostic, alongside a live demonstration of the AI Skills Hub platform a free online tool designed to support organisations and individuals across the UK in building practical AI capability.

Rob Morrison, client engagement director, mcm creative group said: “AI is already reshaping how creative work is conceived, produced and delivered. This session is about bringing together people from across marketing, events and communications to explore how AI can genuinely support creativity, not replace it, and how teams can build the skills needed to work confidently alongside these new tools.”

Rather than a traditional conference format, the morning will focus on discussion and real-world application.

A panel session titled “Ideas in Motion” will be hosted by Victoria Parkinson, director at PwC and lead for the AI Skills Hub initiative and will bring together voices from across the creative and technology landscape, including:

  • Sarah McCarthy, GenAI Adoption Lead at PwC
  • Lucy Postlethwaite, AI Readiness Trainer and Consultant
  • Nick Beighton, former CEO of ASOS and digital commerce strategist
  • Guy Adam Ailion, Founder of Mattoboard
  • Robin Bryant, Founder and Managing Director of Mobas Group
  • Rob Morrison, Client Engagement Director at mcm creative

Parkinson said: “As Director of the AI Skills Hub team, I’m delighted to be facilitating this event alongside mcm creative group. The event offers a real opportunity for organisations to explore how AI is reshaping the way we work, collaborate and build capability across the creative industries.”

She added: “I’m looking forward to an open, practical discussion about what this means for leadership, and how we can support people and organisations to develop the AI skills they need to thrive, now and in the future.”

The event aims to create an open conversation around how AI is reshaping creative thinking, production, and workforce skills, while providing practical insight into how organisations can begin adopting new tools and approaches.

The session takes place on Monday 30 March, 09:00–12:00 at PwC More London.

Attendance is limited, but you can secure your place via the AI Skills Hub registration link here.
