Mash Productions has officially launched as an independent limited company, marking the next stage in the growth of Mash Media’s in-house video production business.
The move follows several months of work behind the scenes to establish the business as a standalone entity, reflecting its expansion from an internal production team into a full-service creative company serving clients across the events industry.
As part of the launch, Fin Sampson has been appointed creative director and board member, leading the company’s creative vision and future growth.
The board will consist of Julian Agostini, Liz Agostini, Max Agositin, Finley Sampson, Jack Newey and Samy Shafeeq.
The business has also appointed Edward Bates as head of sales. Bates will focus on expanding Mash Productions’ client base and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Commenting on the launch Sampson said: “What started as an in-house video team has grown into something much bigger, and I’m incredibly excited for what comes next. We’ve got big plans for the future and are looking forward to working with both existing and new clients on a wide range of creative projects.”
He added: “A massive thankyou to Liz Agostini and Julian for backing me.”
Jack Newey, chief commercial officer at Mash Media said: “Demand for high-quality video content continues to grow, and establishing Mash Productions as a standalone company gives the team the platform to expand its offering while continuing to support Mash Media’s portfolio of market-leading events and brands. The newly formed company will continue to provide video production and creative content services for events, exhibitions and brands, with ambitions to further expand its offering in the coming months.
