Event management agency Lemon Lane has marked its fifth anniversary with a rebrand and several new appointments.
The agency was founded in September 2020 by directors Rachel Capell, Lucy Francis and Jade Howgrave-Graham, who previously worked for cievents. It now employs more than 20 staff and reported turnover of £10.5m at the end of 2025.
Lemon Lane delivers incentive programmes, conferences, hybrid events and global roadshows for corporate clients.
The rebrand includes a new logo and website, replacing the company’s previous lemon-based branding. The agency said the update represents the next stage of its development.
Recent hires include project manager Dylan Lad, who joins from Reed & Mackay Events, where he worked on event planning and delivery.
Director Lucy Francis said: “Our success so far has come from listening, learning fast, and delivering brilliantly. The next five years will be no different. We’ll keep growing, keep challenging ourselves, and keep proving that doing things the right way, with care, creativity and purpose, is the best business strategy there is.”
Lemon Lane marked its anniversary with a celebration at London’s Ham Yard Hotel attended by clients, colleagues and suppliers.
