Experiential creative agency, Heaps + Stacks, has announced two changes within its senior leadership team.
Liam Bircham steps into the senior leadership role of director of growth, pivoting from his previous position as director. Bircham will lead the charge across new business, marketing, and product development, weaving these separate strands into a singular, ambitious growth strategy.
His mandate goes beyond winning new clients; he will be the responsible for building visibility, generating demand, and identifying unique commercial opportunities across new products, sectors, and partnerships.
Simultaneously, Hannah Swift has been promoted from associate director to director. Over her tenure, Swift has been instrumental in delivering some of the agency’s most impactful campaigns with clients such as GHD and Klarna.
In her new role as director, she will take on elevated responsibility for senior client relationships, and steering both the creative and commercial output within her own divisional Stack.
Commenting on the appointments Keziah Wildsmith, founder of Heaps + Stacks, said: “We are entering an incredibly bold new chapter for Heaps + Stacks, and these changes reflect the immense talent and dedication within our team. Liam’s transition to Director of Growth allows us to seamlessly align our ecosystem of product innovation with a personality-led marketing strategy. Meanwhile, Hannah’s promotion to Director is so well-deserved. She is a natural leader whose care and attention to detail consistently raises the bar for our clients and our culture. Together, they will be vital in driving the agency forward.”
Speaking on his new appointment, Liam Bircham added: “Having been a part of the leadership team here, I’m thrilled to take on this expanded remit. By bringing our industry-leading new business strategy, marketing, and product innovation under one unified focus, we can evolve how we show up in the market, move faster, and optimise our avenues for revenue growth.”
Hannah Swift said: “It has been an incredible journey with Heaps + Stacks so far, and I am over the moon to step into the role of Director. We have an exceptionally talented team, and I’m looking forward to leading them as we continue to push the boundaries of what experiential and creative production can achieve.”
The leadership restructuring comes on the heels of a successful period of growth for Heaps + Stacks, known for creating highly shareable, concept-driven spaces and experiences for global brands.
The new alignment ensures the agency is robustly equipped to scale its operations while maintaining its signature playful and high-touch creative execution.
