Down in the New Forest a new events space stirs
Burley Manor in Hampshire has unveiled its new space for meetings and events, Deer Park Barn.
The venue team worked with local interior designer Etre and local business Sheerin Bettle Architecture to create a versatile space true to the original barn’s design and feeling.
The new barn reconfigures into two separate rooms for smaller, intimate meetings and events – Deer Park Barn and The Doe – so they can be used concurrently but privately.
The total new space can host up to 80 seated guests and 120 standing.
Managing director Michaela Lisle commented: “Since we launched The Barn at Burley Manor two years ago, it has become one of the most sought-after venues in the New Forest. To thrive, we need to keep improving and innovating to meet the needs of our London and international clientele… so we’re excited to introduce our latest addition, Deer Park Barn.”
Adjoining Deer Park Barn is The Barn, the existing space able to host 150 guests for a range of events and occasions.
Overnight accommodation is available with 40 individually designed boutique rooms and suites.
On-site teambuilding includes off-road buggy racing, laser clay shooting, and Bell Longranger helicopter flights, all in the privacy of the 8-acre grounds.
Burley Manor’s day rates start from £45 + VAT per person.
