Coventry Building Society Arena has signed a three-year agreement with CBRE, global provider of facilities management, to oversee its facilities management and maintenance services.
The deal will see CBRE work with the venue’s operations team to support day-to-day running of the site, including maintenance of the multi-purpose facilities, safety standards and streamlining processes, said the midlands venue.
Both organisations will also develop a long-term strategy aimed at delivering operational efficiencies and future investment.
The arena attracts more than 1.2 million visitors each year and hosts a programme of sport, concerts, exhibitions, conferences and business events.
