Conference Care, a venue-finding and event management agency, has announced that it has been awarded a three-year contract with AQA Education, the UK’s largest exam board.
Following a highly competitive tender process, Conference Care has been appointed to deliver venue finding and accommodation services to AQA Education.
The contract commenced on 1 September 2025 and reflects Conference Care’s proven expertise, innovation, and commitment to delivering creative event solutions.
As part of the agreement, Conference Care will provide:
- A dynamic online booking platform for seamless MICE venue sourcing.
- Strategic account management to drive efficiency and transformative ways of working.
- Comprehensive management information and reporting, including cost analysis and open book accounting.
