Senior vice president and CMO of Cvent, Patrick Smith (pictured), has said that event professionals will need to adopt a 'flexible mindset’ and’ be prepared to adapt and evolve their business practices in order to succeed in a post-pandemic world’.
Cvent, an event management software company, has urged hoteliers across the UK and Europe to utilise a number of online marketing tactics ahead of the lifting of social distancing restrictions.
The advice came in a webinar hosted by Cvent entitled ‘Keep Your Doors Open with Digital Marketing’, which was led by Cvent senior marketing manager, Karla Pearce.
