The Business of Events has announced its new partners for 2026.
New partners include the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and The Meetings Show. They join long standing partners VisitBritain, VisitScotland Business Events, ICC Wales, MeetEngland and the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events.
The Business of Events is an independent think tank and advocacy network for the events sector.
Commenting on the announcement, a spokesperson from The Business of Events, said: “We’re delighted to welcome EICC, The Meetings Show and Cvent as new strategic partners for 2026, alongside the long-standing supporters who have helped us grow our impact over many years.”
The spokesperson added: “Together, this expanded community strengthens our ability to convene the global business events ecosystem, champion the sector’s contribution to economic, community and social development, and ensure our policy and advocacy work is rooted in the real opportunities and challenges destinations and organisers are facing right now.”
