Goose Live Events has marked its 21st anniversary with a new leadership structure and visual identity. The changes signal a transition for the agency after two decades under the direction of co-founder Nick Wigley.

Wigley has stepped back from day-to-day operations and now serves as chairman. Co-founder Martyn Blunt takes over as chief executive officer, while fellow co-founder Sam Trevenna becomes chief experience officer – a newly created role focusing on client services, growth, and creative development.

Luke Wigley joins the senior team as chief operating officer, leading operations and sustainability strategy.

Blunt said: “Nick’s vision, integrity, humility and a deep commitment to empowering his team have shaped Goose into the agency we know and love. It’s been an extraordinary contribution, and we thank him deeply. We look forward to what’s ahead for Goose with some exciting projects in the pipeline.”

Trevenna said her focus will be on improving the quality and consistency of client delivery. “I’m excited for this next chapter at Goose; our restructure plays to the strengths of our brilliant team,” she said. “In my new role as CXO, I’ll be leading the experiences we create and focusing on our client services, business growth, creative services and innovation. It’s a privilege to work in this industry and I’m passionate about helping our clients build meaningful connections through everything we deliver. Experience is everything.”

COO Luke Wigley said sustainability would remain central to the company’s operations. He said: “Our team is passionate about sustainability and we’re proud to help lead the charge by delivering exceptional experiences with increasingly reduced carbon footprints that don’t cost the Earth. We’re here to ensure that every event we create is not only memorable, but mindful of its impact on the world. Impactful events and environmental responsibility can co-exist.”

Earlier this year, the agency unveiled a refreshed visual identity and a new website. The update reflects its continued focus on design-led delivery and operational efficiency as it enters its third decade.

Founded in 2004, Goose has grown into a full-service live events agency working across corporate, incentive, and brand experience projects in the UK and internationally.

The new structure and branding, the company says, are designed to support its next phase of growth and reinforce its long-term commitment to sustainable, experience-driven events.
