The HAC welcomes global security leaders for ministerial meetings

A somewhat unique venue with deep history, the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) is reportedly being chosen increasingly as a venue for government briefings, international meetings and high-security events.

The HAC recently hosted the Five Country Ministerial, which brought together home affairs ministers from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States for discussions on global security and international cooperation.

The venue’s secure location in the City of London offers an environment for confidential discussions and decision-making, with an in-house team bolstered by Searcys’ hospitality.

The HAC’s connection to the Regiment continues to shape the venue’s brand image. In keeping with that brand image, the venue attracts organisations that are looking for professionalism and prestige.

Sarah McQueen, director of catering and events at the HAC, said: “The HAC has such a rich history and a real sense of purpose. Our heritage means we understand the importance of discretion and making sure every detail is taken care of. It’s a privilege to welcome guests for these kinds of events, and we’re proud that the HAC is becoming a place where important conversations and decisions can happen in a calm, secure setting.”

The HAC is particularly popular as a venue for government departments, defence-related organisations and high-level briefings.
