Independent creative and live event agency Chorus has announced a step forward in its leadership structure with the promotion of Nicola Dietmann to creative director, leading an all-female senior team at the agency.
The move is part of Chorus’s strategic evolution as it continues to position itself as a premium creative partner for brands across drinks, fashion, and luxury lifestyle.
Dietmann joined Chorus in May 2024 as Head of Creative, and in just over a year has made a significant impact shaping the agency’s creative vision, elevating its design-led ethos, and driving innovation across client work.
With two decades of experience spanning luxury, tech, and automotive, she is known for her ability to fuse emerging technology, cultural insight, and experiential thinking to create stand-out brand moments.
Dietmann said: “Since day one, Chorus felt different. There’s a clarity of purpose here, a boldness in the work, and a genuine commitment to creativity. I’m thrilled to step into the creative director role and lead such a talented, values-driven team into the next chapter.”
Working alongside Dietmann is Nicci Stringfellow, now appointed project director, bringing operational precision and strategy to Chorus’s client portfolio. With deep experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, she plays a critical role in ensuring creative ambition is matched with delivery excellence.
Stringfellow said: “We’ve built a team that’s not only highly skilled but deeply collaborative. There’s a real energy in the agency right now and it feels like we’re hitting our stride.”
They are joined by Angie Boustred as creative lead, known for her conceptual flair and visual storytelling, and Rachel Norris as Senior Producer, ensuring creative ideas are brought to life with finesse.
This senior team signals Chorus’s ambition, staying boutique in scale but bold in output. With female leadership across strategy, creative and projects, the agency is carving out a space where premium work and sustainable execution go hand in hand.
