Meeting the World and MeetingsIn to partner with e-DestinAccess

Web-based sales and marketing resource for meeting planners and buyers, MeetingsIn, and web channel, Meeting the World, have partnered with destination management service, e-DestinAccess “to create one-stop shop for meeting planning and management”.

MeetingsIn’s venue finding tool and Meeting theWorld’s video and written research into global destinations will now be added to e-DestinAccess’ destin-e software, which has been designed to automate and streamline event planning, meeting management and concierge/guest services.
 
“By joining with e-destinAccess we will not only be integrating their tool into MeetingsIn’s offering, but also helping to expand their international customer base through Meeting the World’s growing global footprint,” said MeetingsIn and Meeting the World Chief Executive, Ian Quartermaine.
 
MeetingsIn contains meeting-relevant information on 90,000 hotels and resorts around the world with detailed micro informational sites for 22 key meeting and events destinations. Meeting the World offers destination video reviews, plus key news on travel and meetings.
 
e-destinACCESS has designed an automation software system for streamlining Event Planning, Meeting Management and now Concierge/Guest Services with technology.
