UniSpace Sunderland has won its bid to host the 2012 Pharmaceutical Networking Event for the North East Process Industry Cluster (NEPIC).
The event will take place on 25 October in the venue’s Industry Centre, where 120 delegates are expected to attend to learn about future engineering and processing in the pharmaceutical industry.
UniSpace Sunderland’s Commercial Services Manager, Sharon Olver, said: “This is one of our core industry sectors, due in part to the strong pharmacy, health and wellbeing department at the University. This will be the third pharmaceutical and life sciences-based event that we have hosted since launching to the national and international markets at Confex in March this year and we hope to continue to build on this success.”
