Baxter Hoare acquires Holborn Travel

Baxter Hoare Travel has announced the acquisition of fellow specialist business travel agency Holborn Travel.
The deal also includes Holborn Travel’s niche cruise business, which trades under the Chancery Cruising brand.
The deal follows Baxter Hoare’s acquisition last year of Pressplan Travel.
Over 34 years Baxter Hoare has built up a niche business in providing business travel for the legal profession.
All Holborn Travel personnel, including former owner and industry veteran, Michael Driscoll, will join forces with the Baxter Hoare team based at their London Bridge headquarters.
Commenting on the acquisition Baxter Hoare MD Adam White (pictured), said: “We have an aggressive expansion plan for Baxter Hoare which includes acquisitions, such as Holborn Travel and Pressplan but also organic growth through new business wins. We have plans for further targeted company acquisitions in the near future.
“Bringing Holborn Travel into Baxter Hoare is good news for both our combined customers and staff, as not only will it enable us to offer a wider range of products and services but it will give our staff greater career development opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand rapidly.”
