Paul Riley Event caterers Kudos, part of the Crown Group, has announced the appointment of two senior members of staff at the National Football Museum.

The appointments are part of the six-year multimillion pound contract to provide food and venue management services at the Manchester venue.

Franco Caroleo (General Manager) and Paul Riley (Executive Head Chef, pictured) will strengthen the team that will manage the venue’s cafe services, large events and banqueting portfolio, and launch its new restaurant, Kaleido.
