Buxted Park Hand Picked Hotels has been awarded the AA’s accolade of four Red Stars for Buxted Park Hotel in Ashdown Forest, East Sussex, and for Rhinefield House Hotel in Brockenhurst, Hampshire.

The AA announced the new Red Stars on 26 September at a ceremony in London. Eight of the 17 hotels in the Hand Picked Hotels collection now have the Red Star status, placing them in the top 200 hotels in the UK and Ireland.

“The AA identifies the highest performing hotels in Britain and Ireland as the AA Inspectors’ Choice, denoted by Red Stars,” said an AA spokesperson. “This is the AA’s supreme accolade, used to recognise hotels that stand out as the very best, regardless of size or style.”
