The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) says the future of human resources and its changing parameters will form the basis of its annual conference and exhibition.
Held in Manchester for the second year running this November, the event’s mix of seminars, workshops and case studies will focus squarely on how HR can play its part in achieving sustainable organisation performance.
“We want to offer a fresh conference with opportunities to explore key and differing HR perspectives and gain practical support from an array of experts in the field,” says CIPD CEO, Jackie Orme.
Confirmed companies speaking at the seminars include Sainsburys, the BBC, Accenture and Bupa Healthcare.
Exhibitors will include Carphone Warehouse, Barclays UK Retail Bank, Mercedes Benz UK, The Royal Mail and British Telecom.
