Stretch and Go at The Midland Hotel Bradford

The Midland Hotel in Bradford is offering guests a Stretch and Go exercise package to start their days.
The package is free to hotel residents and includes a trained sports massage therapist who will show guests how to look after their body and feel good for the working day. The experience includes joint mobility, stretches, twists and bends and static exercises.
The hotel’s GM Gary Peacock, says: “We hope this will make the Midland Hotel stand out from the crowd as a unique and luxurious place to stay, for business and pleasure.”
Business tourism manager for Conference Leeds, Nicky Lockwood says:
“The Stretch & Go package is an innovative idea and we look forward to promoting the it. We hope it proves to be a popular and enticing addition for guests staying at the hotel.”
The hotel also offers conferencing room hire by the hour for last-minute booking.
