A new exhibition and event space will open in Derbyshire at the end of September.
The Pavilion Arts Centre in Buxton’s Pavilion Gardens complex, previously the Paxton Suite, is the product of a £2.5m redevelopment.
The new venue will offer exhibition spaces of 80 and 200sqm, and is due to host the Antique and Collectors Fairs, H&H Classic Car Auctions and Healing Arts Festival.
Private meeting rooms, a 93-seat studio theatre and a 360-seat auditorium are also available.
The venue will be jointly managed by High Peak Borough Council and High Peak Theatre Trust.
Executive Councillor for Regeneration Tony Kemp says: “The restoration of the Pavilion Arts Centre is a vital piece in Buxton’s Pavilion Gardens complex, and complements the existing regeneration in this area.”
