Campanile UK up for sale

All 17 Campanile hotels in Britain have been put up for sale, including properties close to the major conference centres in Glasgow (SECC) and Liverpool (ACCL).

Owner, the Louvre hotel chain, is asking £70 million for the portfolio, which also includes the Premiere Classe hotel in Coventry.

The sale is being handled by specialist property agent Christie & Co.
