Brighton re-injects vaccine conference into summer listings

VisitBrighton has secured the meeting of one of the world’s largest network of vaccine safety experts this August.

Titled the ‘Brighton Collaboration’ after the inaugural presentation which took place in Brighton in 1999, the two-day international meeting will take place at Hotel Seattle and host more than 30 delegates.

The win further underlines Brighton and Hove’s growing reputation in the medical field, having secured nine medical conferences in the past six months.

“This is a real coup for us, as we fought off stiff competition from Boston and other cities worldwide to host this event,” said convention bureau sales manager of VisitBrighton, Darren Johnson.
