MPI appoints new board of directors

Meetings Professionals International (MPI) announced its new board of directors for the fiscal year of 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011.

Chairman for 2010-11 will be Eric Rozenberg, president of event management company Swantegy.

Ken Sanders, president of Freeman Audio Visual Solutions, will lead the MPI Foundation Global Board of Trustees.

“Eric and Ken bring a passion for volunteerism to their leadership roles,” said Bruce MacMillan, president and chief executive officer of MPI. “Their appointment solidifies MPI’s commitment to delivering innovative value for our numbers as the industry continues to recover.”
