London based International exhibition organiser has an exciting opportunity for a strong sales executive to work within their events team to sell sponsorship and exhibition places at prestigious, international luxury event.
It is an opportunity to network and work with prestigious business clients, on a consultancy level.
The role is uncapped commission and although like every market they have been affected by the economic downturn they are still performing well and confident in targets.
Sales Executive candidate requirements
You must be articulate with excellent command of English and ability to work under pressure. Languages, in particular French/Russian/Spanish are a bonus.
The role of Event Sales Executive
The role will involve researching leads, effectively cold calling new contacts, getting around the gatekeeper to speak with the senior managers, confident in your ability hold intelligent conversation with them as well as to pitch and negotiate with them.
The role will also require flexibility and willingness for international travel.
